1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sharemaestro website, applications, tools, dashboards, screeners, charts, indicators, signals, alerts, emails, and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Who We Are (and What We Are Not)

Sharemaestro is a market intelligence and analytics platform designed to help users explore financial market data, visualize trends, and conduct independent research.

Sharemaestro is not a broker, dealer, market maker, execution venue, portfolio manager, or fiduciary. Sharemaestro is not authorised or regulated as a financial adviser and does not provide personalised recommendations.

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use any information from the Platform.

8. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform.
• You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable regulations.
• You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, overload, disrupt, or misuse the Platform, including any automated extraction of data without written permission.

9. No Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharemaestro disclaims all warranties and representations of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including (without limitation) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharemaestro (including its owners, operators, contributors, contractors, and affiliates) shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or trading losses;
• direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages;
• loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm;
• errors, omissions, delays, interruptions, or data inaccuracies;
• third-party actions, platform outages, or connectivity issues.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the amount you paid (if any) to access the Platform in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sharemaestro and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

12. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including all software, code, models, indicators, calculations, design, branding, logos, text, graphics, and compiled outputs are owned by or licensed to Sharemaestro and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, licence, or create derivative works from the Platform or its content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law or explicitly allowed by Sharemaestro.

Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
