IPS Holdings Co., Ltd. provides SAP ERP system implementation and maintenance services in Japan, Germany, and Asia-Pacific. The company offers EasyOne, a comprehensive library of SAP implementation and utilization knowledge and documentation, including sales, production, accounting, and global expansion; enterprise application software; and SAP operation and utilization support services. It also provides DX support and smarter factory support services. The company was formerly known as IPS Co. Ltd. and changed its name to IPS Holdings Co., Ltd. in July 2025. IPS Holdings Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 1997 and is headquartered in Osaka, Japan.
