Schroders gets Irish nod for tokenised money market fund

Schroders has obtained approval from the Central Bank of Ireland for a tokenised share class in a US dollar money market fund, its first launch of this type. The share class, Schroders onchain active returns (SOAR), is intended to address client interest in digital asset products and more efficient fund operations, noted the firm. Using Kinexys by J.P. Morgan's multi-chain tokenisation system, investors will be able to use smart contracts to process transactions such as redemptions and transfers. These are blockchain-based programmes that carry out actions automatically once pre-set conditions

How the page works

How to read the score

Tone is directional

It describes the weighted balance of qualifying headlines. A score of 50 can mean a balanced tape or that direction has been withheld for insufficient evidence; the status label distinguishes them.

Confidence is separate

Confidence measures depth, source breadth, direct relevance, freshness and agreement. It does not rise merely because the tone is extreme.

Price is confirmation

Weekly price response, trend and fair-value position test whether the market is accepting or rejecting the news. They never rewrite the news score.

Classification, not prediction

The page describes completed evidence available at the stated time. It is research context, not a forecast, recommendation, target or execution instruction.
