The company operates through four segments: Construction, Infrastructure Services, Property and Corporate. It constructs power stations, roads, bridges, railways, and tunnels; and buildings for public and private sectors, including schools, hospitals, defence estate optimisation, commercial, residential and heritage buildings for local authorities, the Ministry of Justice, other government departments, and prisons.
