ONGC awards offshore contracts to L&T Energy Hydrocarbon Offshore
L&T Energy Hydrocarbon Offshore (LTEH Offshore), a division of Indian conglomerate Larsen & Toubro (L&T), has been awarded a series of contracts by Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) for projects off the west coast of India. The scope covers the Pipeline Replacement Project (PRP-X) and Well Head Platforms Project. Although the financial terms were not fully disclosed, L&T indicated that the contract value lies between Rs50bn ($525.2m) and Rs100bn ($1.05bn). L&T stated that the Pipeline Replacement Project involves engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC)
