It was listed on the REIT Securities Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on September 14, 2017. MEL focuses on investing in logistics facilities as a listed real estate investment corporation. Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. (MEC), one of the largest comprehensive developers in Japan, has been acting as a sponsor.
